This website is operated by Medical-Master Co., Ltd. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you use the quote request form or apply for a distributor account, we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry text and model requirements you enter. Every field is supplied by you; browsing the site requires none of it.

Information collected automatically

Our server logs the connecting IP address, browser type, timestamp and page path. These records are used for security and troubleshooting and are not linked to your identity.

How we use it

  • Answering enquiries — quotations, specifications and lead times
  • Distributor applications — verifying eligibility and granting catalogue access
  • Site operation — security, performance and fault diagnosis

We do not sell, trade or pass your personal data to third parties for marketing.

Retention

  • Enquiry records — two years from last contact, for follow-up quotations and after-sales reference
  • Distributor accounts — for the duration of the relationship, deleted within one year of termination
  • Server logs — rotated and deleted after thirty days

Your rights

Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (Article 3), you may, in respect of personal data we hold about you:

  • enquire about it or request access
  • request a copy
  • request correction or supplementation
  • request that we stop collecting, processing or using it
  • request deletion

To exercise these rights, write to info@medical-master.com. We will respond within thirty days of receipt. We may ask for documents confirming your identity before acting on a request.

Security

The whole site is served over HTTPS. Dealer-zone catalogue files are stored outside the web root and streamed only after a permission check — a direct link will not work for a signed-out visitor.

Minors

This is a business-to-business product information site. It is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

Revisions will be published on this page. If the purpose of processing changes, we will notify you separately and seek your consent.
